Returns and Refunds

 

This page, together with the documents referred to on it, tells you the terms and conditions (these Terms and Conditions) on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.shellparadise.com.au to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from the website.

 

Returns: Please choose your products carefully. We only offer full refund or exchange for products that are damaged. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind however a store credit can be arranged.

 

Refunds/Breakages: We will refund any breakages that occur in transit all we ask is that you send an image of the broken product with the packaging.If a replacement is required, we reserve the right to refund the value instead of re-sending the item. This is due to the high charge to send one shell.

 

Please remember that shells and starfish are a natural product and sizes cannot be guaranteed. Each product is categorised by a size range and it is not uncommon for these sizes to fluctuate slightly.

 

Every starfish and shell is thoroughly cleaned before sale. However, we can not guarantee that there will not be a slight odour this is a natural occurrence and should fade over time.

 

Payment: We accept credit card payment, direct deposit and PayPal payments. All orders will come with a invoice and be charged in Australian Dollars (AUSD).
